CONNERSVILLE, Indiana, Thursday, September 24, 2020 — The new Wings Etc. Grill & Pub location will open in Connersville, Ind. on Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 11 a.m.

The Connersville Wings Etc. is owned by local franchisees, Matt and Jennifer Sherck.  Born and raised in Connersville, Matt farms locally and has worked for the Fayette County Health Department for 26 years and Jennifer has spent 25 years in banking and public health.

The Sherck’s often travel to northern Indiana and have been long-time fans of the Goshen and Elkhart Wings Etc. locations; however, whenever they were at home, they had to drive at least 30 minutes to eat at any family-friendly sports bar. After discovering they could open their own franchise location, they decided to bring a Wings Etc. to Connersville. 

“We want our community to have this luxury. We want to support the community, hire friends and family. We want Wings Etc. to be a place for people to come to,” said Jennifer.

“We have lost a lot of industry, to bring a Wings Etc. to our town is a blessing because it will provide jobs.”
