  • Who Can Become a Wings Etc. Rewards Member?

Wings Etc.’s Rewards program is open to legal residents of the fifty United States who are at least thirteen (13) years old.

  • How do I become a Wings Etc. Rewards member?

It’s easy. Everyone that uses the Wings Etc. mobile app or as a logged in user is a member! If you don’t have an account, download the mobile app, and you’ll be asked to sign up for a Wings Etc. account. Or go to and select “Login”. Fill out and submit the Sign-Up form, agree to the website terms (which include Reward Program terms), and you’ll automatically become a Rewards member.

  • How does the Wings Etc. Rewards program work?

Every $1 spent on eligible in-store, online, or delivery (through the Wings Etc. app and purchase gives you 1 point. The more points you earn, the bigger the reward you can redeem. Points earned will appear on your account within 48 hours after your order.

  • How many points do I need to earn a Wing Etc. Reward?

A minimum of 75 points is needed to earn the base tiered reward.

  • What Wings Etc. Rewards are available in each tier for earning?

75 points – Choose a Dessert, Full Order Fries or Tots or a Kids Meal

125 points – Choose one of our Awesome Appetizers

150 points – Choose 6 Award Winning Traditional or Boneless Wings or a Made-to-Order Wrap

200 points – Choose 10 Award Winning Traditional or Boneless Wings or one of our selected Signature Burgers

250 points – Choose 15 Award Winning Traditional or Boneless Wings

  • How will I be notified that I have earned a Reward?

Guests will receive an email and/or push notification when they have received a Reward.

  • How do I redeem a Wings Etc. Reward?

Just log into your account on the Wings Etc. mobile app or visit the Rewards page on, tap “Rewards” and select the one you’d like by tapping “Redeem.” If you have more than one option for a type of reward, you’ll be presented a list of options to add to your cart. Before redeeming your reward, you can also swap the reward with another just by tapping “Redeem” on the choice you would like instead. You’ll be prompted to confirm the change, and once you do, the new reward will appear in your cart. If you change your mind, you can also tap “Remove” and the unredeemed reward will go back to where it was. Please note you are only able to redeem one reward at a time and only through the Wings Etc. Rewards program.

  • Is there a way for me to earn points when I’m not ordering on the app?

Yes. First, there’s ordering from our website. Just make sure you’re logged in, and the points will be added to your account. If you are a Wings Etc. Rewards member, just enter your Rewards email address when prompted, and points will be added to your account. If you miss that step, no worries! You can manually enter the numeric code that is included on your digital receipt that gets emailed to you. For orders placed in-restaurant, you can share your email or phone number with your server or look for the barcode at the bottom of your itemized receipt, which you can then scan on your app with the Wings Etc. Rewards scanner. Your points should be added to your account within 48 hours.

  • How do I scan the barcode on my receipt?

You will need to download and open the mobile app to find the barcode scanner button (by tapping the “Earn” button) in your rewards dashboard that’ll open the scanner. Once the scanner opens, you’ll have to allow the mobile app to use your phone’s camera. Then, point the scanner at the barcode on your itemized receipt, scan the barcode (within 7 days of your qualifying purchase), and any qualifying points should be added to your account within 48 hours.

  • What do I do if the scanner doesn’t read the barcode on my receipt?

If the scanner doesn’t work for some reason — maybe it’s too dark for the camera to recognize the barcode or your itemized receipt is wrinkly — there’s an option in the app to manually enter the numbers underneath the barcode, and it’ll do the same thing as scanning.

  • I tried to check-in on a receipt, and it reads “Check-in limit reached.” What does that mean?

For security purposes, we limit each guest to two scans per day. Please wait until that time passes and try again.

  • How long is the barcode on my receipt valid for?

For security purposes, a receipt older than seven days will not be accepted by the app.

  • How long is a birthday offer valid for?

Birthday offers are only valid for 14 days. The offer then expires and is removed from the app.

  • Will I earn points on delivery orders?

Yes, you can earn points on qualifying delivery orders placed through the Wings Etc. App or our website. However, you cannot earn points on delivery or pick-up orders placed through a delivery partner’s app like DoorDash®, Uber Eats®, Postmates®, Grubhub®, etc.

  • Will I earn points on other non-food purchases?

Points are only earned on qualifying food and beverage purchases made at participating locations. Points will not be earned on the following at this time: Wings Etc. merchandise, alcohol, charity donations, gift card purchases, taxes, and fees.

  • Where can I find my Wings Etc. Reward status information and track my progress?

Open the mobile app and tap the “Rewards” giftbox icon at the bottom of the screen. That will bring you to your Rewards dashboard. Here, you can track your progress towards your next reward. If you tap the “Rewards” button, you can check to see if you have any current rewards. Once you place and pick up your order, you should see your points added shortly after. But it can take up to 48 hours, so…please be patient 😉

  • How do I keep track of past points and rewards?

On the bottom right corner of your app screen click the “More” icon. Once there click the “Account History” tab and you can see when you earned points, rewards, and redeemed a reward.

  • Do Wings Etc. points and rewards expire?

Yes. Your points expire one year after you earned them unless they are converted into a reward. For example, if you earn 75 Points on December 1, 2023, those 75 Points will expire on December 1, 2024, if you do not redeem your Reward by December 1, 2024.

  • How does the referral program work?

Under the “More” icon click the “Invite Friends” tab. Then click the “Invite to Earn” button and send your unique code to family or friends via text, mail or social platforms.  Earn a free appetizer for each friend that uses your invite code during signup and spends with Wings Etc. using their Wings Etc. Rewards account.

  • Can I combine Wings Etc. Reward accounts with my family or friends?

No, accounts cannot be combined. We encourage customers to select a primary account to order from to collect points!

  • Do I get Wings Etc. Rewards points for signing in through Facebook?

No. We do not offer extra points for signing up through Facebook.

  • What do I do if I have any questions about my Wings Etc. Rewards?

  • Can I use a coupon code on the app?

Yes. Under the “More” icon simply click the “Coupon” button and enter your coupon code. It will then be applied to your order. You can also add a “Coupon” during the check-out process.

  • How do gift cards work with the Wings Etc. Rewards program?

Gift card purchases will not earn points, however qualifying orders that use gift cards as a payment method would earn points if the items purchased are not excluded from the program.

  • How do I update my personal information?

You can update your personal information in the Profile button when logged into the app. The Profile tab allows you to update your phone number, email address and favorite location.  However, you do not have the option to update your birthday. Please reach out to us using our Contact Us form here.

  • Is it safe to store my payment information to my Wings Etc. profile?

The Wings Etc. profile is a secure account designed to make ordering easy and convenient. Your credit or debit card information is tokenized, and the card number is always hidden, making it a secure payment option.

  • How do I reset my password?

On the Login screen click or tap the “Reset Password” link.

  • How can I find out what personal information Wings Etc. has collected from me and how it uses it?
